4. Customer Responsibilities
a. Access and Preparation: You must provide us with access to the premises where the Services will be performed. Please ensure that areas to be cleaned are ready and free of obstacles.
b. Property and Safety: Swiftie Clean Co is not responsible for any damage to items or property that is not clearly communicated as part of the cleaning instructions or is not easily movable.
5. Fees and Payment
a. Fees: Fees for our Services will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Prices are subject to change based on the nature and extent of the Services provided.
b. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are specified in the invoice.
c. Late Payments: Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties as specified in the service agreement.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
7. Liability and Insurance
a. Liability: Swiftie Clean Co is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.
b. Insurance: Swiftie Clean Co maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our Services. Details of coverage are available upon request.
8. Termination
Swiftie Clean Co reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe to be illegal or unethical. Termination will not affect your obligation to pay for Services rendered prior to termination.
